Hi Syl, Greetings deh first. I am glad to see a web-deh you are no way to make tempeh. One day I am going to try deh. My husband and son live in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada since October 2005. Am new one Indonesian family and they said they normally buy anyway tempeh in Vancouver. From Victoria to Vancouver we had to take a ferry at a cost of approximately CAD $ 110 pp. It feels really too expensive just to ngedapatin tempe ... :-) Maybe there is a local natural food store that ngejual tempeh, but I have not nyari. Anyway, I want all nanya about yeast. Heard from friends, he said it could dibiakin tempeh from tempenya. This means that we only need real yeast Indonesia once wrote, after which it can use from biakannya. Ever heard of baseball? Can find the info or you know times? You tell me okay .... I've been looking on the web, baseball never find any. Thanks really.
